The package designation is based on the actual size of the resistor - inch units

0402 Actual size: 1 mm0.5 mm 0.04 inch 0.02 inch 0402

Common resistor packages include:

01005、0201、0402、0603、0805、1206、1210、1218、2010、2512

Currently, general electronic products are mainly packaged in 04020603 packages, while those requiring high power use 1206 packages. Mobile phones or wearable devices may use smaller packages, such as 010050201
